Jury returns verdict of “Guilty” in Linn County rape case
A man was found guilty this week on charges of first-degree statutory rape and patronizing prostitution. The Linn County Prosecuting Attorney’s Office reports a Sullivan County jury returned a guilty verdict for Rodger Gannan in the Linn County case. Sentencing is scheduled for June 9th. The Brookfield Police Department investigated the case.
