The highway patrol reports an Independence man was arrested early Sunday in Grundy County on a felony probation violation warrant from Pettis County. Thirty-seven-year-old Michael Fritchey was also accused of felony driving while suspended and was taken to the Grundy County Law Enforcement Center.
