The Highway Patrol reports the arrest of a Hamilton man in Caldwell County early Saturday morning on several allegations. Fifty-two-year-old Martin McIntosh is accused of driving in the wrong direction causing an immediate threat of an accident, possession of drug paraphernalia, and driving while intoxicated—persistent offender.
