Bethany man arrested on multiple allegations

The highway patrol reports a Bethany man was arrested late Saturday night in Harrison County. Twenty-five-year-old Dale Guernsey was accused of felony driving while intoxicated/persistent offender, felony leaving the scene of an accident, and misdemeanor driving while revoked. Guernsey was transported to the Harrison County Law Enforcement Center.
