Milan man arrested on multiple allegations
The Highway Patrol arrested a Milan man in Sullivan County Tuesday morning on several allegations. The Patrol accused 26-year-old Mousas Aani of felony driving while intoxicated—persistent, driving while revoked, careless and imprudent driving, failure to display valid registration, and no seat belt. He was transported to the Sullivan County Jail on a 12-hour hold.
