The City of Spickard is accepting bids for lagoon hay ground for 2022. Sealed cash bids will be accepted until April 1st. Bids can be submitted to the Spickard City Hall at 303 Jefferson Street in Spickard, Missouri 64679. They can also be placed in the dropbox in front of city hall.
