The Highway Patrol arrested a Milan man in Sullivan County Tuesday morning on several allegations. The Patrol accused 26-year-old Mousas Aani of felony driving while intoxicated—persistent, driving while revoked, careless and imprudent driving, failure to display valid registration, and no seat belt.
