Spickard placed under boil advisory

The community of Spickard has been placed on a precautionary boil water advisory until further notice. Larry Marrs, on behalf of the town of Spickard, reports chlorine levels in the water are lower than what they should be prompting the boil advisory that was issued Monday to the water customers.
