A law enforcement officer pursuing a fleeing vehicle was injured early Saturday in Clinton County. Thirty-five-year-old David Shobe of Easton was taken to Liberty Hospital with moderate injuries. Five COVID-19-related deaths have been added in Mercer County since December 18th, which the health department reports make the total seven. Confirmed cases went up by seven to 117, and probable cases increased by two to 142. Active cases in Mercer County dropped by 44 to 26.
