Chillicothe woman arrested on domestic assault allegation

Sunday evening Chillicothe Police investigated a disturbance in the 300 block of Samuel Street. Officers arrested Agnes Adeline Youngs who faces a misdemeanor charge of fourth-degree domestic assault.
