Students in the Milan C-2 School District began classes Monday with the district reporting a total opening day enrollment of 664 students. Preschool accounts for 19 students with 344 students enrolled in kindergarten through sixth grade at Milan Elementary School, and 301 in seventh through 12th grades at the high school.
