April 5: A deputy conducted a traffic stop on a pickup truck not bearing a front license plate in the 400 block of Washington Street. Michael McCormick, 21, of Breckenridge, was issued a citation for lacking insurance. Arrests:

April 12: A deputy stopped a vehicle on U.S. Highway 36 near State Highway C due to an equipment violation. Efrain Mendez was arrested on a Linn County Arrest Warrant for a past traffic violation. After posting bond, Mendez was released with a new court date in Linn County, Missouri.

April 17: Jodi Greene, 24, of Chillicothe, was arrested on a Caldwell County, Missouri arrest warrant in the 2700 block of Washington Street. Greene was unable to post the $500 bond and was transferred to Caldwell County Sheriff’s Office.

April 22: Shane Glasgow, 37, of Chillicothe, was arrested during a traffic stop on U.S. Highway 65 south of Chillicothe for outstanding warrants, felony driving while revoked, and possession of a controlled substance. Glasgow was processed and transported to Caldwell County Detention Center.
