The Highway Patrol arrested a Kirksville man in Sullivan County on Wednesday afternoon, August 11 on multiple allegations. An arrest report shows 29-year-old Sherrod Fanning was accused of felony driving while revoked, failing to display valid plates, and not having insurance.
