Grundy County R-5 High School will celebrate its prom on April 27.
Festivities are set to begin with photo sessions at the school in Galt at 6 p.m. The Grand March will follow in the new gymnasium at 7 p.m., with the dance scheduled in the old gym from 7:30 p.m. to 10:30 p.m. After-prom activities will extend from 11 p.m. to 3 a.m.
This year’s prom King candidates include Corbin Axtell, Cooper Coffman, Slade Hill, Peyton Moore, Layton Stonger, and Jaydon Stotts. Vying for prom Queen are Kaylee Fischer, Molly Milazzo, Chloe Weske, and McKenna Limkemann. All candidates are in their senior year.
