A collision on Highway 63 near La Plata on Sunday, resulted in minor injuries to one individual.
At 11:45 a.m., a 2020 Lincoln Corsair, driven by Samantha L. Zamzow, 27, of Des Moines, Iowa, was traveling northbound on Highway 63, 0.5 miles south of La Plata.
The driver, Zamzow, was wearing a seat belt during the accident. One occupant, Askia H. Harris, 29, of Des Moines, Iowa, sustained minor injuries and was transported by Adair County Ambulance to Northeast Regional Hospital in Kirksville.
The vehicle sustained moderate damage and was towed by Still Towing.
The Missouri State Highway Patrol responded to the incident.
