The Highway Patrol reports the arrest of a Hamilton, Illinois man in Caldwell County Saturday morning on a warrant for speeding and no valid license. The misdemeanor warrant for 54-year-old Richard Hartweg was out of Clark County. The Patrol also accused him of speeding. Hartweg was transported to the Caldwell County Sheriff’s Office.
