The Highway Patrol today announced the arrest of 33-year-old Jay C. Guhlke of Polo for alleged promotion and possession of child pornography. Livingston County Sheriff reports hiring of new deputy
The Livingston County Sheriff’s Office reports the hiring of a new deputy. Jay Shirley of Utica began his job Monday with primary duties at the courthouse performing security and duties as court bailiff. Shirley recently retired as a corporal with the Missouri State Highway Patrol, where he worked nearly 29 years.
