On April 24 at 11:50 AM, Silvia Botello, a 43-year-old female from Saint Joseph, MO, was arrested in Buchanan County on a misdemeanor warrant for child neglect. She was held at the Buchanan County Law Enforcement Center and is eligible for bond.
Later that day, at 7:25 PM, Rebecca M. Veale, 52, also from St. Joseph, MO, was taken into custody on charges of driving while intoxicated as a prior offender. She was held under a 24-hour hold at the same facility.
At 11:36 PM, Justin A. Menchaca, a 34-year-old male from San Jose, CA, was arrested for felony driving while intoxicated. He was also placed on a 24-hour hold at the Buchanan County Law Enforcement Center.
On April 25 at 1:35 AM, Asha N. Miller, 34, from Saint Joseph, MO, faced charges including misdemeanor driving while intoxicated and driving while suspended. She was held at the Buchanan County Law Enforcement Center under a 24-hour hold.
At 1:50 PM on the same day, Caressa J. Ordonez, 35, from St. Joseph, MO, was arrested on multiple charges including fraud related to insufficient funds checks and failure to appear, along with traffic violations such as no seatbelt and failing to register a motor vehicle. She was detained at the Buchanan County Jail and is eligible for bond.
Anthony W. Alexander, a 68-year-old male from Indianola, IA, was arrested at 5:32 PM in Grundy County for felony possession of a controlled substance, specifically methamphetamine. He was held under a 24-hour hold at the Grundy County Law Enforcement Center.
At 9:50 PM, Marvin S. Velasquez, 25, from Kansas City, MO, was arrested in Holt County for failing to appear on a misdemeanor charge and driving without a valid license. He was held at Andrew County Sheriff’s Department for Holt County Sheriff’s Department and is eligible for bond.
Early on April 26 at 6:45 AM, Apollo L. Brown, a 39-year-old male from Cameron, MO, was arrested in DeKalb County on charges including misdemeanor DWI, no motorcycle endorsement, failure to register a motor vehicle, and no insurance. He was placed on a 12-hour hold at the Daviess DeKalb Regional Jail.
Finally, at 10:27 PM on April 25, Christopher C. Elliott, a 48-year-old male from Triplett, MO, was arrested in Chariton for driving while intoxicated. He was released on a summons shortly after his arrest.
