The Missouri Highway Patrol report an Illinois man was arrested Saturday afternoon in Livingston County and accused of speeding and drug violations. 22-year-old Asif Ali of Champaign, Illinois was accused of speeding 110 miles an hour in a 65 zone, misdemeanor possession of up to 35 grams of marijuana, and unlawful use of drug paraphernalia.
