A change of venue in circuit court division one has been approved for a Ridgeway resident. The venue for 46-year-old Joan Mueller was changed from Harrison County to Grundy County. She is scheduled to appear in court April 13. Mueller was originally charged with first-degree endangering the welfare of a child in July 2015.
