Chillicothe City Council offers employment as police officers to two individuals
The Chillicothe City Council took action in an executive session Monday regarding personnel. Cole Smith and Amanda Bowen were offered employment as full-time police officers contingent upon successful completion of the Police Academy and pre-employment physicals.
