An Albany man was arrested early Sunday in Gentry County. Thirty-two-year-old Mathew Flowers accused of speeding 95 miles an hour in a 60 zone, driving while intoxicated, and failure to display valid registration. The Livingston County Sheriff’s Office concluded a fugitive investigation Tuesday with an arrest in Wheeling.
