Tuesday, August 11th was the first day of classes for the school year at Jamesport Tri-County. Total enrollment for preschool through 12th grade was 171. That is down 12 from last year’s opening day. The biggest class at Jamesport Tri-County is the 11th grade with 21 students. The smallest is fourth grade with five.
The Putnam County Fair in Unionville next month will feature entertainment including Josh Turner, Restless Heart, and Hairball. There will also be a rodeo and tractor pull.
