The Grundy County Sheriff’s Office reports the arrest of two Trenton residents Thursday for allegedly violating their probation. Twenty-seven-year-old Jonathon Bradley Woods’s original charge was felony possession of a controlled substance except for 35 grams or less of marijuana or synthetic cannabinoid. Power outage planned in Galt

Power will be turned off at Galt Thursday, March 7th due to the changing out of a substation. Galt City Clerk Ashley Campbell reports KCP&L plans to turn off the power for the city at 4 o’clock that afternoon. Residents will be without power for up to four hours.
