Highway Patrol arrests Martinsville man

A resident of Martinsville was arrested last night in Harrison county and placed on a 24-hour hold at the law enforcement center in Bethany. The highway patrol accused 29-year-old Kyanna Merritt of possession of methamphetamine, endangering the welfare of a child, and alleged failure to halt for a stop sign.
