North Central Missouri College’s Phi Mu Epsilon sorority, for the 2nd year, has partnered with MN of the Philanthropic Educational Organization and held a feminine product drive for the Green Hills Women’s Shelter.

“NCMC’s Phi Mu Epsilon is proud to have the opportunity to collaborate for a second year with the MN of EOP. It’s important to bring attention to the needs faced by women seeking safety.” Shellee Castanada Phi Mu Epsilon advisor

“A lot of clients come in with nothing other than the clothes on their backs. They have no money to buy these items because they’ve had to leave their homes and jobs. Some of them don’t have jobs because they’ve been isolated; their abuser forces them to quit their job or interferes with their job until the victim is let go.” Laurie Stevenson Advocate with Green Hills Women’s Shelter
