The Patrol reports the arrest of two men Friday night.
The Patrol arrested 39-year-old Larry Kuster of Decatur, Iowa in Harrison County on allegations of operating a vehicle on a highway without a valid license—first offense, failure to maintain financial responsibility, and no valid license plate. Kuster was transported to the Harrison County Jail and released.
The Patrol arrested 43-year-old Bradley Spurlin of Novinger in Adair County and accused him of felony first-degree domestic assault. Spurlin was transported to the Adair County Jail for a 24-hour hold.
