The Winston school gymnasium will be the site of a Backpack Buddies fundraiser April 8.
Bids for auction items will be one-quarter, two-quarters, or three-quarters and no auction item will be more than 75 cents. Auction paddles are five dollars each.
The doors open at 1 o’clock and early bird shopping with vendors will be held from 1 until 2 o’clock with the auction starting at 2.
Promoters say items are to be available for everyone, including men and children.
Free snacks and drinks are planned during what’s described as a family friendly event.
