The Missouri State Highway Patrol has reported a total of eight arrests across various counties in north Missouri between March 18 and March 21, 2024. These arrests were made for a variety of reasons including driving while intoxicated, failure to register motor vehicles, and outstanding warrants among others.
Heather K. Anthony, a 47-year-old female from Columbia, Missouri, was arrested in Randolph County on March 18, 2024, at 12:36 PM. She faced several charges including driving while intoxicated, failing to register a motor vehicle, consumption of alcohol while driving, and having no valid operator’s license. She was held at the Randolph County Jail under a 12-hour hold.
In the same county later that day, Gannon P. Peavler, a 27-year-old male from Cairo, Missouri, was also arrested for driving while intoxicated. The arrest took place at 6:54 PM, resulting in Peavler being held at the Randolph County Jail under a 12-hour hold.
On March 20, 2024, at 7:54 PM, Eric S. Claybrook, a 36-year-old male from Kirksville, Missouri, was taken into custody in Adair County. He faced multiple charges including an Adair County felony warrant for driving without a valid license, felony driving without a valid license, an Adair County misdemeanor warrant for property damage, and driving a motorcycle without proper endorsement. Claybrook was held at the Adair County Jail, with his release being bondable.
Bronson L. Shaw, a 20-year-old male from Lancaster, Missouri, found himself arrested on March 21, 2024, at 7:15 PM in Adair County. Shaw was charged with driving while intoxicated, not wearing a seat belt, careless and imprudent driving resulting in a crash, and failure to maintain financial responsibility. He was released from custody for medical treatment.
Tanner R. Davison, a 23-year-old male from Gravity, Iowa, was arrested on March 18, 2024, at 12:18 AM in Nodaway County. Davison’s charges included DWI – alcohol, and operating a motor vehicle in a careless and imprudent manner. He was held at the Nodaway County Sheriff’s Office under a 12-hour hold.
In Grundy County, William A. Swanson, a 78-year-old male from Mercer, Missouri, was arrested on March 20, 2024, at 5:56 PM. He was charged with a misdemeanor Pike County warrant for failing to appear for a moving traffic violation. Swanson was held at the Grundy County Law Enforcement Center, with his release being bondable.
Leslie W. Potts, a 35-year-old male from Rosendale, Missouri, faced arrest in Gentry County on March 20, 2024, at 10:04 PM. Potts was charged with misdemeanor driving while intoxicated and careless and imprudent driving involving an accident. He was released for medical treatment thereafter.
Lastly, Danielle N. Overly, a 39-year-old female from Cameron, Missouri, was arrested on March 21, 2024, at 7:43 AM in Clinton County. Overly faced charges including a warrant for failure to register a motor vehicle – a misdemeanor from the Buchanan County Sheriff’s Department, and failure to register a motor vehicle. She was held at the Clinton County Jail, with her release being bondable.
