Heather K. Anthony, a 47-year-old female from Columbia, Missouri, was arrested in Randolph County on March 18, 2024, at 12:36 PM. She faced several charges including driving while intoxicated, failing to register a motor vehicle, consumption of alcohol while driving, and having no valid operator’s license. She was held at the Randolph County Jail under a 12-hour hold.
