Albany man arrested on DWI charges in Daviess County
The Missouri State Highway Patrol, on Wednesday afternoon, arrested 40-year old Daniel Houts of Albany. Houts was charged with driving while intoxicated, speeding, and two counts of child endangerment. After his arrest, Houts was taken to the Daviess/DeKalb Regional Jail in Pattonsburg.
