Harrison County project to close I-35 ramp near Eagleville, bridge inspections scheduled for north Missouri

A pavement repair project will close a ramp to southbound Interstate 35 in Harrison County Wednesday, May 18 . Crews from the Missouri Department of Transportation will close the southbound ramp from Route N to southbound I-35 at Eagleville (exit 106)  Wednesday, May 18, between 7 a.m. and 4 p.m.

During the closure, motorists will be directed over the following detour: Route N to U.S. Route 69 south to Route A where they will be able to access I-35 at exit 99.

Motorists should be alert and follow all construction signs and message boards. All work is weather permitting and schedules are subject to change.

In-depth bridge inspections are scheduled for several bridges in Northwest Missouri over the next few weeks. Crews from the Missouri Department of Transportation may close a single lane on the bridges listed below as they conduct bridge inspections. All work is weather permitting and could be rescheduled. 

Week of May 23:

  • Caldwell County Route A Bridge over Shoal Creek

Week of May 30 (no work on the Memorial Day holiday):

  • Andrew County Route B bridge over The One Hundred and Two River
  • Andrew County Interstate 29 northbound bridge over the Nodaway River
  • Holt County I-29 southbound bridge over the Nodaway River
