Yoder brothers sentenced to prison on sex-related charges in Daviess County

Two brothers were sentenced in Division One of Daviess County Circuit Court on Wednesday on sex-related felony charges.

Online court information shows Enos Ray Yoder of Bloomfield, Iowa was sentenced to the Missouri Department of Corrections for seven years on incest, four years on sexual misconduct involving a child under 15—first offense, 12 years on first-degree child molestation, and seven years on second-degree sodomy. Four other counts were dismissed.

Alfred Yoder of Albia, Iowa was sentenced to the Missouri Department of Corrections for eight years on third-degree child molestation—child less than 14 years of age, four years on sexual misconduct involving a child under 15—first offense, four years on incest, and seven years on second-degree rape. Three other counts were dismissed.

The sentences for the Yoders are to run consecutively to each count and consecutively to all other sentences being served. It was ordered they enter sexual offender assessment and pay all court costs and the board bill.

Civil judgment was entered against Enos Yoder for the Crime Victims Compensation Fund for $68 and against Alfred Yoder for $46.
