The Grundy County Sheriff’s Office reports the arrest of a Trenton man on August 10, 2021, on a technical parole violation involving drugs and reporting and directives. Twenty-six-year-old Jarred Kelsall had no bond and was delivered to the Department of Corrections. Kelsall was originally charged in Polk County with possession of a controlled substance.
