The Spickard Board of Aldermen met Thursday night with two representatives of the Missouri Rural Water Association.
During the special session meeting, Mayor Alan Tharp read a resolution regarding federal funds from the American Rescue Plan Act often known as “ARPA”.
Members of the board voted unanimously to approve it.
