The Highway Patrol reports a Cameron man sustained moderate injuries when he lost control of 2005 Jeep Wrangler on a snow-cover road and it overturned three miles east of Stewartsville Thursday afternoon.

An ambulance transported 22-year-old Riley Horton to Cameron Regional Medical Center.

Horton was traveling west on Highway 36 when he lost control, and the vehicle ran off the south side of the road. The Jeep overturned multiple times, came to rest on its wheels in the median, and was totaled.

The Patrol reports Horton wore a safety device and the Stewartsville Fire Department assisted at the scene of the crash.
