Sullivan County Public Water Supply District Number 1 has issued a precautionary boil advisory for some Sullivan County Rural Water customers due to a water main break. The advisory affects Route D north of Green Castle, including Mayfair, Ironbank, and Mead roads. The advisory will continue until further notice.
Trenton Police Department reports multiple instances of theft on Oklahoma Avenue
The Trenton Police Department is seeking information on three reported thefts of catalytic converters from cargo vans. The police department reports the crimes occurred Thursday, May 2, 2019, in the 3400 of Oklahoma Avenue and the 12 hundred block of East 17th Street. Green City man arrested on multiple allegations
The Highway Patrol reports the arrest of a Green City man in Sullivan County early Saturday on three allegations. Twenty-three-year-old Austin Reynolds was accused of driving while intoxicated, possession of fewer than 10 grams of marijuana, and unlawful possession of drug paraphernalia. Reynolds was transported to the Sullivan County Jail.
