The Chillicothe Area Arts Council will hold its Annual Spring Cultural Luncheon in Downtown Chillicothe next week.
Administrator Mary Lou VanDeventer says two local groups will be featured at the free event at the Silver Moon Plaza May 2nd from noon to 1 o’clock.
