Incumbent Jessic Gannon filed has for the position of Mayor with incumbents Jason Grindstaff and Jay Blackburn as well as Sierra Fletchall filing for the three Aldermen-at-Large positions. The Laredo Board of Aldermen conducted the clerk’s annual employee evaluation at its meeting Monday. The pay rate increased three percent to $13.88 per hour. Four candidates filed for two two-year terms Alderman-at-Large positions: Derek Eckert and Cassidy Russell as well as incumbents Brett Mathews and Saundra Marrs.
