The Missouri Highways and Transportation Commission has accepted a bid for replacement of the East Medicine Creek Bridge on Sullivan County Route PP.
Missouri Department of Transportation Area Engineer Randy Mendenhall reports the project was awarded to Widel, Incorporated for $1,382,931.70. A work schedule has not yet been announced and all work will depend on the weather and the contractor’s schedule.
The East Medicine Creek Bridge on Route PP was closed in late 2018 after insufficiency was discovered during an inspection.
