Chillicothe Police Sergeant John Valbracht reports a woman sustained minor injuries in a single-vehicle accident in Chillicothe.
Valbracht reports Joyce Ellis was driving west through a business parking lot in the 1000 block of Graves Street when she struck a steel fence. The fence received moderate damage, and the front of her vehicle sustained minor damage.
Emergency Medical Services transported Ellis to Hedrick Medical Center.
