Spickard City Council approves agreement
The Spickard City Council approved an agreement between the fire department and the city at its meeting Monday evening. Signatures were added from Mayor Jesse Richman and City Clerk Mary Exley. Names for the mowing and clean up project were presented to the council, and it approved sending out letters.
