Arraignment was held Wednesday in Carrollton for an area resident arrested this week in Liberty on felony sex-related charges that have been filed in two area counties.
In Carroll County, 27-year-old Nicholas Levi Reed faces charges of child molestation and enticement of a child from January of last year plus two counts of sodomy or attempted sodomy in May of 2015.
Reed is scheduled to return to Carroll County Associate Division of circuit court June 14th. Bond on the Carroll County charges totals $100,000 cash.
Nicholas Reed also has a sex-related case pending in Livingston County Circuit Court. Bond is listed at 25 thousand dollars cash on a felony charge of statutory sodomy from an alleged incident in 2010. No court date is listed for the Livingston County case.
