Trenton High School vocal music students achieved remarkable success at the large group state contests last week.
Vocal Music Instructor Tyler Busick described the achievement as a historic day for Trenton R-9, with four groups each receiving the highest rating possible.
Exemplary ratings were awarded to performances by the Trenton High School concert choir, Gold Rush, the tenor and bass choir, and the treble choir.
The vocal students showcased their talents in Class 3, hosted by Platte County High School in Platte City on Thursday.
