James A. Lynch, 62, of Kansas City, MO, faced multiple charges including felony possession of a controlled substance (methamphetamine), felony resisting arrest, and three misdemeanor Clay County warrants for failing to appear for moving traffic violations. Lynch was held on a 24-hour hold at the Clinton County Jail.

McKale A. Wick, a 31-year-old female from Saint Joseph, MO, was arrested in Buchanan County on a misdemeanor Buchanan County warrant for driving while revoked/suspended. Wick was held at the Buchanan County Law Enforcement Center but was bondable.

Lastly, Aaron A. Kerns, 18, from Savannah, MO, was arrested for driving while intoxicated – alcohol in Buchanan County. Kerns was placed on a 24-hour hold at the Buchanan County Law Enforcement Center following his arrest.
