The Missouri State Highway Patrol reports an arrest Tuesday morning of a resident from the state of California.
The patrol accused 43-year-old David Johnson of Stratford, California of felony trafficking of a controlled substance.
Johnson was taken on a 24-hour hold to the Harrison County Law Enforcement Center in Bethany.
