The Missouri Highway 36 Heritage Alliance Annual Meeting will be held in Marceline next month.
There will be several speakers discussing various topics during the meeting, which will be at the Walsworth Community Center November 1st from 9:30 in the morning to 2 o’clock in the afternoon.
Kaye Malins with the Walt Disney Hometown Museum of Marceline will talk about the Magic of Marceline, Director of the Missouri Division of Tourism Ward Franz will discuss tourism impacts and opportunities, and Bob Frohoff with the Richardson Communications Group of Kansas City will speak on “Working Together, Winning Together: Marketing the Way of American Genius”.
An optional tour of the Disney Depot Museum of Marceline will be before the annual meeting at 8:30.
The Heritage Alliance’s meeting will include lunch which costs $10 per person. The fee can be paid in advance, at the door, or invoiced.
