The Laredo Board of Aldermen on January 9th discussed improper use of dumpsters at apartments.
City Clerk Tasha Ueltzen reports the board approved putting a note on the back of the water bill stating the dumpsters are for use by apartment residents only. They are not for use by other city residents.
