The Grundy County Sheriff’s Office reports the arrest of two Trenton men on Tuesday.
Forty-three-year-old Patrick Shaun Michael was arrested on misdemeanor charges of violation of a protection order for an adult and violation of a child protection order on February 14. Bond was set at $5,000.
Court documents accuse Michael of knowlingly violating protection orders by contacting the adult via text message and driving by her residence multiple times as well as initiating contact with the two children by approaching their home through the neighbor’s yard and making verbal contact.
Thirty-five-year-old James Lewellen was arrested on two felony counts of operating a vehicle on a highway without a valid license and bond was set at $10,000.
Court documents accuse Lewellen of knowlingly operating two motor vehicles in Grundy County during a time when he did not have a valid license.
Both Michael and Lewellen are scheduled for the associate division of circuit court March 14.
