GRM Networks CEO Mitchell Bailey
Mitchell Bailey

GRM Networks Chief Executive Officer Mitchell Bailey has been appointed to the Foundation for Rural Service (FRS) Board of Directors. FRS is a non-profit 501(c)(3) organization established in 1994 by NTCA – The Rural Broadband Association. FRS serves as its philanthropic arm, supporting rural telecom companies, their communities, consumers, and policymakers with educational information, scholarship opportunities, and programming.

“Programs administered by the Foundation for Rural Service cover a wide range of areas that are critical to rural communities,” Bailey said. “FRS programs positively impact rural America through telehealth, economic development, as well as by engaging and educating our policymakers. GRM Networks partners with FRS to offer leadership experiences and scholarship opportunities to area youth whose parents or legal guardians are members of our cooperative. Our partnership with FRS also provides our communities with grant opportunities through the FRS Community Grant Program.”

Bailey, along with other board members, will provide leadership and direction to shape these philanthropic and educational programs.
