Mask requirements are happening at the local level. After Governor Mike Parson on Thursday sent towns and counties an ADVISORY for keeping down the rampant spread of the virus, leaving them the option.
But Parson says, it’s more than just masks, distancing, not staying inside with anyone more than 15 minutes, plus handwashing.
State Health Director Randall Williams says holiday gatherings must be different.
